Hi! Come on in to my little corner of the circus. It's nice to meet you! Come on in, and we'll have a
nice visit. This is who I am and what I do! : )
I am a full time wife, momma and grocery store co-manager. I am a child of God struggling to stay
on the course He charted for me long ago.
I was born and raised in Houston Texas. I met my husband John in 1990. He charmed the socks off of me,
and we married in 1991. In 1993, God blessed us with Daniel. We moved to Alabama in 1994 to be closer to my family.
In 1999, we were blessed with Madeline, and in 2003 we were blessed again with Malachi. We live in a beautiful small
town that time forgot. It's a small town in the middle of one of the last dry counties that exists. It's a town
that in many ways defines the buckle of the Bible Belt of the South. A town where most of my kids teachers are active
Christians.

What a job!
I am a co-manager of our local grocery store. I
manage the front end, which includes supervising the cashiers, sackers, customer service and bookkeepers. I get to smile
and greet nice people and do what it takes to help people leave the store happier than they came in. Most of the time,
I believe I succeed. I also handle human resources, and I think I do okay with that as well. I have a fair boss,
and the people I work with are good people who try to do the right thing. God provided me with this job, and I like
it! : )
